While we indicate the availability of each part, we cannot guarantee stock at all times as we rely on our suppliers.
All products come with a manufacturer’s warranty.
A return form is supplied with each purchase. To use the warranty, customers must complete this form and deliver it with the returned goods to our office during working hours or send it by courier.
If the manufacturer confirms that the product does not meet the stated quality, Wortox OÜ will issue a full refund to your original payment method. If the manufacturer confirms the product met the quality standards at the time of purchase, we will provide you with a detailed explanation.

All prices on wortox.com website are in Euros and are VAT inclusive.
Delivery costs depend on the delivery address. Unless you choose self-pickup, a delivery fee will be added.
The total amount, including VAT and delivery, will be shown before finalizing your order.
If you are VAT-registered or located outside the EU, VAT will be calculated during checkout according to applicable regulations.
If we cannot confirm the exact delivery cost at the time of ordering, our manager will contact you.
If the final order total differs from the price shown on the website, we will offer options such as cancellation or placing a new order. If we cannot reach you, the order will be automatically cancelled and fully refunded.

By placing an order, the customer agrees that an invoice prepared by Wortox is valid without signatures from both parties.
If requested, a printed invoice can be provided by emailing  sales@wortox.com in advance.

Customers may withdraw from the Distance Contract in the following cases:

• The order has not been confirmed by Wortox OÜ manager
• The order has been cancelled by Wortox OÜ manager

In cases where a third-party claim arises due to breach of terms, warranty issues, or errors, the customer is liable for any resulting damages or losses.

Any disputes between the parties to the Distance Contract will first be resolved through mutual negotiation.
If negotiations fail, the customer has the right to file a claim in the court of Republic of Estonia (where Wortox OÜ is registered) or in the courts of their place of residence.
Wortox OÜ may initiate legal proceedings only in EU courts.
Customers may also appeal to the Consumer Rights Centre to protect their rights.

By using wortox.com, the customer agrees to these Terms and Conditions, which form the legal basis of the agreement between the customer and Wortox OÜ.
Wortox OÜ reserves the right to update or modify the Terms and Conditions at any time, with changes taking effect upon publication.
Continued use of the Wortox OÜ website after updates constitutes acceptance of the revised terms.
Wortox OÜ may withdraw any rights granted under these Terms and Conditions at its discretion.
