All auto parts sold in our online store wortox.com are certified and include a manufacturer’s warranty of 1–2 years. For specific warranty details about individual products, please contact our support team.

Guarantee conditions:

The defect must have occurred during the manufacturing process and be confirmed by an inspection.

The part must be installed by an officially authorized service center.

Non-warranty cases:

Incorrect installation of the auto part.

Damage occurring during use (e.g., car accident, etc.).

Use of low-quality fuel (for auto parts related to the fuel system).

Installation of the auto part at a non-official service center not authorized by the manufacturer.

Return and cancellation

Part return:

Before placing an order, make sure the selected auto part is correct. Returns are only accepted if the part arrives damaged. If damage occurs during transportation, the logistics company will be responsible. We recommend insuring your shipment for peace of mind.

Order Cancellation:

You may withdraw from a distance contract only in the following cases:

The order has not been confirmed by Wortox OÜ manager.

The order has been cancelled by Wortox OÜ manager.

In all the other cases, order cancellation is not possible.

By confirming the order, the customer automatically agrees to these order cancellation terms.
